What You Will Deliver
Administrative Management & Operations Oversight
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of garage operations, including inventory, financial transactions, and customer information.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the garage team.
- Assist with procurement and inventory management, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and optimize garage operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights.
Marketing Material Development
- Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote the garage's services and offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the garage's objectives.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, such as partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and trends, providing insights for business growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing business development plans to expand the garage's customer base and revenue streams.
Who You Are
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or related industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English.
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with garage operations, including knowledge of automotive terminology and procedures.
- Basic understanding of business development principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g.: Microsoft Office Suite).
- Proficiency in creating marketing materials using graphic design software or tools is a plus.
