What You Will Deliver

• Oversee and manage day-to-day driver operations within the platform.
• Coordinate driver recruitment, onboarding, and engagement strategies.
• Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain a designed staffing pattern
• Collaborate with government and regulatory compliance initiatives, working closely with the Operations Strategy team.
• Spearhead marketing campaigns and events aimed at driver engagement and retention, and the driver operations team.
• Assist in enterprise projects, gaining a comprehensive understanding to effectively pair projects with suitable subcontractors and drivers.
• Provide weekend operational support as required, ensuring the smooth functioning of enterprise initiatives.
• To be responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver coordination
• Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database
• To consolidate the order to maximize the use of truck and vehicle
• Responsible for on-time connections from the client's warehouse
• Assist the Supervisor and Manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department 
• Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations

Who You Are

• Prior experience in subcontractor and driver management, preferably within a 3PL transporter environment.
• Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the last-mile transportation sector who actively deals with and manages delivery subcontractors
• Able to work under pressure and peak deliverables
• Strong recruitment and outreach skills, with the ability to attract and retain qualified drivers.
• Familiarity with platform operations is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work 5.5 days per week, including rotational shifts on weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
