What You Will Deliver

Public Relations 

• Develop and implement PR strategies to position GoGoX as a Asia logistic tech leader, and to grow GoGoX’s core businesses. 
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers and industry stakeholders. 
• Drive content development to support programmes/ campaigns and educate stakeholders, including press releases, handling media inquiries, and organising events. 
• Proactively promote stories and other publicity opportunities that are beneficial for GoGoX and its core business.   
• Manage the response to incidents, issues or crisis situations, and pre-empt and mitigate potential issues.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare bi-weekly reports on PR activities and results.   

Government Relations 

• Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry associations (e.g. Ministry of Transport).
• Advocate for favorable policies and regulations that support the company’s business goals. 
• Prepare position papers, policy briefs, and other communication materials for government stakeholders. 
• Represent the company at industry, government committee meetings and other public forums.

Internal Communications 

• Develop and implement internal communications plan to ensure effective information flow within the organisation.
• Collaborate with People team and other departments to communicate company policies, updates and initiatives.
• Amplify action and recognition of the company’s core values through effective communications. 
• Collaborate and plan and organise internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities, including CSR efforts. 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field. 
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in public relations, government relations, and internal communications, preferably in the tech industry. 
• Strong relationships with journalists focused on the tech and logistics space at reputable business and tech media.  
• Proven track record in managing media relations and developing successful PR/ GR campaigns. 
• Strong understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment in HK. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proficient in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.  
• Good judgment, creativity and an enthusiastic attitude.
