Training Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and improvement programs to Customer Service Representatives
  • Assist Customer Service Manager to attain customer service excellence and objective
  • Liaise with Senior Trainer to develop training solutions
  • Emphasize Customer Service Team’s standard and guideline in the training programs
  • Foster a sense of teamwork and continuous improvement in Customer Service Team
  • Prepare periodic report and presentation on management purposes
     

Requirements:

  • Holder of Associate’s Degree or above
  • At least 1 year of training experience or relevant educational background 
  • Experience in developing and implementing learning & development program is an advantage
  • Good training & coaching and communication skill
  • High level of patience and observation skill to view matters in a holistic manner
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
