Senior Trainer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide training and improvement programs to Customer Service Representatives

Assist Customer Service Manager to attain customer service excellence and objective

Liaise with Customer Excellence Officer to develop training solutions

Emphasize Customer Service Team’s standard and guideline in the training programs

Foster a sense of teamwork and continuous improvement in Customer Service Team

Prepare periodic report and presentation on management purposes

 

Requirements:

Holder of Associate’s Degree or above

At least 2 years relevant training experience

Experience in developing and implementing learning & development program is an advantage

Excellent training & coaching and communication skill

High level of patience and observation skill to view matters in a holistic manner

Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
