💡What you will deliver

  • Recruitment:
  • Support the recruitment process: Gather recruitment needs, source potential candidates, and screen applications.
  • Assist in posting job vacancies to attract internal and external candidates.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of potential candidates to expand the talent pool.
  • Operations:
  • Assist in providing HR services to employees throughout their employment at the company: onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), HR office management, etc.
  • Create and track monthly timesheets, record overtime hours, and calculate payroll for other departments.
  • Assist in guiding and explaining HR policies to employees.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support the organization of internal activities, including preparation, setup, and execution of events.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

🌟Who you are

  • Final-year university student.
  • Able to work at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 6 months of internship.
  • Good communication and social interaction skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Good calculation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Open-minded, with a positive attitude towards work and the office environment.
