What You Will Deliver
- To handle incoming calls and requirement from customer and driver
- Support day to day operation of billing and revenue management
- To be responsible for order taking and driver co-ordination
- Solve problems and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed
- Handle and respond to customer enquires
- Assist manager to execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department
Who You Are
- Diploma/Degree in related field with work experience will be an advantage but not essential
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service (preferred)
- Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
- Strong problem-solving skill and results oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office, particularly in Word and Excel
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- Ability to work positively and confidently within a team or independently
- Self-starter, passionate to drive new things and independent in delivering business results are essential
- Candidates with prior. experience in the logistics industry will be considered as Senior Operations Executive
