What You Will Deliver

  • To handle incoming calls and requirement from customer and driver
  • Support day to day operation of billing and revenue management
  • To be responsible for order taking and driver co-ordination
  • Solve problems and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed
  • Handle and respond to customer enquires
  • Assist manager to execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department

Who You Are

  • Diploma/Degree in related field with work experience will be an advantage but not essential
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Insurance / Customer Service / hotline service (preferred)
  • Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
  • Strong problem-solving skill and results oriented
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Chinese and English typing
  • Ability to work positively and confidently within a team or independently
  • Self-starter, passionate to drive new things and independent in delivering business results are essential
  • Candidates with prior. experience in the logistics industry will be considered as Senior Operations Executive
