What You Will Deliver
- Manage and actively monitor and attending to leads from partner communication channels
- Increase company revenue via hunting & searching for potential clients
- Address inquiries & requests from customers & obtain clear understanding of business’ requirements
- Assist Head of Department in preparing Quotation & Service Agreements
- Build rapport & maintain strong relationships with our business customers as well as driver partners
- Proactively identify issues & seek ideas for improvement from customers & relay accurate messages back to the Operations Team
- Complete operational tasks in a timely manner & adhere to tight deadlines
- Foster strong collaboration with Operations Team
- Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor
Who you are
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business related disciplines
- Preferably equipped with 1-2 years relevant experience in sales and related industries
- Have a good understanding of the supply chain landscape, ecommerce logistics, warehousing and freight forwarding
- Energetic and well-organized, hard-working with strong team work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Suite and MS office applications
