IT Project Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interface with business customers to collect and define business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements
  • Create and maintain all required IT technical documentation
  • Maintain ongoing collaborative working relationship with business partners, IT services (database, data centre, servers, desktop, networking, security), and software vendors
  • Resourceful in securing help (internal and external) to resolve issues
  • Lead IT implementation projects (e.g., contact centre revamp and HR system launch)
  • Responsible for owning projects from concept to launch. Write requirements, functional specs, and project plans
  • Working knowledge of prioritization methods
  • Work with local and international vendors
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues in your project


  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects; small to medium projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Technical proficiency in learning new hardware and software on your own
  • Solid knowledge in managing multiple vendors
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate technical matters across various business functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
