We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with our regional teams and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence in HR processes. You will ensure the smooth running of HR operations, help foster a positive company culture, and support employees across their lifecycle at GoGoX.
 

What You Will Deliver

• HR Operations: Manage and optimize HR administrative tasks including employee onboarding, off boarding, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance with local employment laws.
• Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures. Provide timely and efficient solutions.
• HR Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in our HRIS system. Generate reports and analyze HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Assist in implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement and company culture. Support company-wide events, wellness programs, and training initiatives.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices are compliant with Singapore’s employment laws and regulations. Help develop and update HR policies as necessary.
• Recruitment Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and managing communication.
• Multilingual Communication: Support cross-functional teams by providing clear and effective communication in both Mandarin and English

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience using HR software and systems (HRIS).
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
