We are looking for a product designer to join the IT-product team in a fast-paced, growing company. The incumbent to this position requires being self-motivated, great zeal to learn and deliver projects assigned, and having excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.

What You Will Deliver

• Solve complex business problems of enterprise delivery and ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across multi-platform (Web and mobile app).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers and operation team, to help define business and feature requirements.
• Define clear problems through user research and data.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behavior.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use.
• Iterate design based on the feedback from stakeholders or usability testing.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Actively engage in design critique sessions with fellow designers to elevate our standards of quality.
• Make design decisions based on real evidence rather than relying on personal intuition.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Experience in building and shipping web and mobile applications.
• Experience in communicating and collaborating with engineering teams in an agile development environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Impeccable communication skills.
