Deputy Head of Corporate

What you will be doing:

  • manage sales and Operations team - this includes driving Sales to meet team's quarterly and annual targets
  • in charge of the operations including the allocation of resources and monitoring daily operations to ensure healthy P&L
  • stipulate SOP, KPI and action plan for current customers and onboard new customers to consistently enhance quality operations
  • establish contracts, billing workflow, pricing and ensure operation service level
  • recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
  • communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
  • monitor, analyze, and report to the management on monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L
  • handle marketing campaign
  • update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • responsible for fleet management and operations systems (TMS) implementation
  • manage relationships with subcontractors and driver partners
  • serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to Customer Service, or accidents of drivers
  • communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • work closely with Head of Corporate and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems 
  • communicate with legal department for SLA for client

You may fit this role if you:

  • are Diploma Graduate or above in business, supply chain, logistics or related discipline
  • have at least 10 years' experience in courier industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry in which 3 years in courier industry or familiar with vehicle management
  • have good command of written and spoken Cantonese English and Mandarin
  • are familiar with van, truck & warehouse renting and operations workflow
  • have knowledge of Transport management System (TMS) & warehouse management system (WMS)
  • are proficient in Microsoft Office and advance excel skills, with basic computer and software knowledge
  • are proficient in Chinese and English typing
  • are hard-working, careful, active, responsible, able to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment with long hours
  • are enthusiastic in logistics, technology and e-commerce
