We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who’s been in the logistics and/or tech-logistics space. This is an individual contributor role and will be part of the Enterprise sales team. If you’re looking for a role that will accelerate your sales career and build a solid track record in our space then this is for you.


What You Will Deliver

  • perform against a financial target
  • sales strategies to increase revenue and profit margin
  • identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
  • capable of utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs
  • respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects
  • stay current with industry trends, monitor market conditions and competitive landscape
  • participate in trade shows and other promotional events
  • develop account plan to sell to customer based on their needs
  • recommend marketing strategies for the assigned accounts set
  • provide timely status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline
  • build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts, penetrate into new divisions resulting in increase of share of wallet


Who You Are

  • degree holder or above in supply chain, logistics or business related disciplines 
  • 3-5 years' sales experience related to e-commerce logistics solutions, warehouse, trucking company, courier or freight forwarding industry
  • experience with target account selling or solution selling preferred
  • able to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges
  • track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas
  • strong in negotiation and closing deals
  • good problem solving, analytical skills, able to work under pressure
  • high activity level, enthusiastic, self motivated, persistent and well organised with attention to details
  • team player and excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with customers, partners and cross functional teams within the company
  • proficient with MS Office, with basic computer and software knowledge; SFDC knowledge is a plus
