We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing guru to lead impactful awareness campaigns and drive the success of our diverse product portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of marketing initiatives, including digital and offline strategies, social media content creation, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaborations.

You will be part of developing and executing strategies to enhance customer understanding of our offerings, including vehicle solutions, delivery services, B2B products, and more. You’ll work closely with growth, data, operations, and product teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless project execution.

What You Will Deliver

  • Campaign Development: Formulate and execute marketing awareness campaigns to enhance knowledge of various company products, including different vehicle types, delivery services, B2B offerings, and other products.
  • Strategy Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Lifecycle Management: Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted lifecycle management efforts.
  • Manage and optimize digital paid channels, including social media content.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to design and implement an online media strategy.
  • Evaluate and refine digital marketing activities across SEM, SEO, social media, mobile, display, video, retargeting, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Support initiatives such as digital coupon redemption and partnership efforts.
  • Develop offline marketing strategies and partnerships to complement online efforts.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy.
  • Work closely with the data, operations, and product teams to drive project execution and foster product innovation.
  • Define outcome metrics and measure campaign success on a weekly basis, optimizing ROI and refining strategies based on results.

Who You Are

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese is a must
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience with good marketing sense and knowledge
  • Familiar with growth marketing metrics (Google & social) to measure success of campaigns
  • Proactive, ambitious and self-motivated in a hyper-growth and fast-paced working environment 
  • Experience with Life cycle management is a plus
  • Experience in ad or marketing agency/ platform/logistics/ e-commerce fulfillment environment is a plus
  • Interest in latest marketing trend and technology
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and constant change 
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Experience with CMS and website update is a plus
  • Driving experience and knowledge is a plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
