Assistant Sales Manager
What You Will Deliver
Acquire new fuel cards customers (corporate/ individual) through meaningful growth strategy via various channels.
Understand and promote fuel oil cards products and services.
Achieve acquisition targets while maintaining customer retention.
Manage customer relationships and ensure retention measures are in place.
Able to find creative solutions to improve customer experience.
Provide fuel cards statistical data on volume trends.
Analyze market and competitive conditions.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and management reporting.
Undertake other projects and support business initiatives as assigned by the Management.
Who You Are
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing and related discipline.
5+ years of proven working experience in the car-related business is advantageous.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills and people management.
Demonstrates organizational skills and a team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
With IIQE Paper 1, 2 qualifications will be an advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
