We are seeking an experienced and independent Assistant Accountant to join our finance team as a new headcount in our brokerage department. As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounting tasks specific to our brokerage operations. 

What You Will Deliver

• Responsible for daily accounting operations
• Handle full sets of accounting
• Monitor client monies and liquid capital positions to ensure compliance with IA requirements
• Assist in audit-related matters
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as needed
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as assigned from time to time by Finance Manager

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
• At least 4 years of accounting experience, experience in Brokerage Industry will be a plus
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Accountant
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Excel, Word
• Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite will be an advantage
• Strong analytical mind, well-organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
• under pressure, and manage tight timelines
