The Role

This role produces quantitative insights that enable the platforms to develop incisive strategies and make data-inform decisions that yield an efficient and competitive operations.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment across the regions to create comprehensive competitive analysis.
• Draw insights from raw data, work well with various stakeholders.
• Provide operational support, ongoing maintenance and enhancement of business dashboards.
• Prepare presentation materials on business performance across different business units.
• Identify and track important operations metrics with data management skills.
• Proactively develop strategies to build tactical campaigns according to latest market trends and operations metrics to drive business success.
• Design, liaise & evaluate marketplace optimization initiatives with enhance platform competitiveness.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree holder of Business, Economics, Analytics or related disciplines. With logistics / e-commerce will be advantage.
• Minimum 3 years or above experience with extensive knowledge and skills in dealing with large data sets and identify on data irregularities.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a senior role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
