What You Will Deliver

• Conduct outbound warm calls to existing customers to generate sales leads.
• Handle inquiries through inbound calls and other platforms, including account management and general inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering business growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with a minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in telesales.
• Mature with a positive attitude, resilient, aggressive, self-motivated and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail.
• Sales oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Sales and Service Officer

Working Location & Working Hours

• Kwun Tong (5 minutes walk from Kwun Tong Station)
• 5-day work in-between Monday and Saturday
• 9 am - 6pm
