            We’re looking for a friendly Cantonese speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and support the Hong Kong market. You’ll help customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure they have a great experience, both over the phone and online. Shift work is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you have more experience, we’d be happy to consider you for a senior role.
What You Will Deliver
- Handle customer queries and logistics arrangements via phone and online platforms.
 - Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
 - Maintain professional customer service, creating a great experience for customers.
 - Assist Team Leaders in senior positions.
 - Participate in shift-based work schedules.
 
Who You Are
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
 - Minimum of SPM or Diploma.
 - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
 - Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
 - A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
