What you will deliver

• Be responsible for the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of our partners, including training and potentially working with outsourced contractors
• Perform tasks related to acquiring new partners, ensuring partners are knowledgeable and well-trained
• Manage and actively monitor partner communication channels, including online (social media groups, forums) and offline initiatives
• Create weekly and project-basis content for partners and work closely with other departments to execute these communications
• Lead ongoing driver engagement efforts (e.g. conduct regular meet-up sessions, planning of events)
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with our partners to understand their issues and seek ideas for improvement
• Complete weekly operational tasks timely
• Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor or manager

Who you are

• Equipped with 2 years+ of experience in operations dealing with sub-contractors and last-mile transportation or a related role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Computing skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.
• Basic data analysis skills to prepare reports
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline, prior experience in logistics would be a bonus
• Matured with a positive attitude, resilient, self-motivating and strong desire to deliver
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to unexpected situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of an extended team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
