Senior Customer Service Representative

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide logistics arrangement services via phone

Solve customers’ concerns and complaints with positive attitude

Reply customers’ comment via email and other online platforms

Perform professional customer service and create good experience for our customers

Facilitate Assistant Team Leaders and Team Leaders

 

Requirements:

Holder of Associate’s Degree or above

At least 1 year experience in customer service

Willing to perform shift duty and 5.5 working days

Excellent work ethics, communication and problem-solving skills

Eager to learn, with strong attention to detail

A team player with positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
