Sales Executive / Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle new applications - Create customer account, account verification
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential corporate customers
  • Communicate with warm clients on how we can improve services
  • Research into clients company
  • Communicate with clients to determine their needs
  • Develop and implement strategies based on client needs
  • Research into competitors and market place
  • Identify prospective clients

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business development role
  • Good work attitude and ethics
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Strong attention to details, resilient and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
