What You Will Deliver

• Assist in HR administration tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR team members to maintain and update HR documentation and procedures.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
• Assist in gathering feedback and conducting surveys to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements.
• Support training and development efforts by helping to coordinate and track training programs.
• Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending appropriate learning opportunities.
• Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with managers to address performance-related issues and support improvement plans.
• Assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining employee files, tracking certifications, and conducting audits.
• Generate HR reports and data analytics to support decision-making and planning.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree 
• 3 years of experience in a similar HR role 
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in RAMCO HRIS system, Microsoft Office and GOOGLE Suite.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
