What You Will Deliver

• Provide daily administrative support for drivers’ applications
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns to acquire delivery partners
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvements and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist the CS team in addressing client inquiries and provide support
• Assist in managing drivers’ wallet adjustment
• Travel to the garage office (Kowloon bay) regularly for accounting settlement purposes
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time 

Who You Are

• Holder of Associate’s Degree or above
• Good command of Cantonese and spoken English
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing
• Proven analytical skills with 2-3 years’s working experience
• Cooperative, responsible, detail minded with positive attitude
