Assistant Team Leader

Responsibilities

●     Oversee center operation

●     Allocate manpower resources

●     Motivate frontline to perform duty

●     Ensure KPI is met with the guidelines and standard

●    Identify existing and potential obstacle in CS Team

●     Reply customers’ comment via email and other online platforms

●     Perform professional customer service and create good experience for our customers

●     Facilitate Team Leader and Customer Service Manager

 

Requirements

●     Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service industry, preferably in call center

●     Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English

●     Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skill, leadership skill and observation skill

●     Customer service oriented and positive attitude

●     Work 5.5 days/week and shift
