What you will be delivering

  • Promote and sell GGE products and services to customers, and achieve the business targets as assigned
  • Make warm/cold calls to existing and potential customers
  • Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ enquiries on account opening, application verification and account management
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by team leads and Managers

Who you are

  • At least 2 years of call center experience or Telesales related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer service-oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibilities
  • Excellent telephone manner and handling skill
