Growth Marketing Director

Job Description:

  • Define the growth marketing strategy, focusing on scaling up marketing reach, driving retention and optimizing conversion.
  • Launch growth experiments to improve the speed to market of marketing initiatives across APAC.
  • Be responsible for targets and budgets of growth marketing programs, focusing on improving key metrics like conversion to first delivery, reactivation of lapsed customers and driver or delivery partners.
  • Provide input on models to define profitability and LTV of acquired customers, using data to refine strategy.
  • Leading funnel optimization strategy and prioritize growth product features with Product and Engineering team leads.
  • Overseeing performance marketing; profitably scale our paid and organic acquisition efforts including but not limited to SEM, SEO, display, and paid social to propel growth across GOGOVAN products.
  • Create best practice playbooks for growth marketing programs that improve efficiency and effectiveness of by-market program roll out across the region.
  • Mentor, motivate and develop the Growth Marketing Team to ensure that they are set up for success.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in developing, and executing massive scale data-driven campaigns.
  • 4+ years of experience with building and leading diverse teams to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.
  • Experience with end-to-end marketing strategy, including funnel and product optimization.
  • Must have hands-on experience personally managing SEM and other digital channels, as well as working with agencies/teams to execute.
  • Have a knack for identifying growth talent, has built or helped build teams from the ground up.
