HR Officer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead HR function
  • Consolidate and manage all HR related documents and administration
  • Handle employee on-boarding and off-boarding in a timely and organised manner
  • Work closely with Country Manager and Regional HR Manager to implement office perks and policies
  • Maintain payroll records and handle payroll matters
  • Partner with hiring managers in identifying recruitment needs and handle all aspects of recruitment
  • Remain abreast of market trends
  • Handle leave management

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR function preferably in a generalist role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Well versed in Korea Labour Act.
  • Confident in working with various stakeholders to lead necessary change
  • Good in Microsoft Excel
  • Native Korean
  • Good command in written and spoken English
