What You Will Deliver 

• Provide training and improvement programs to Call Center Customer Service Representatives
• Assist Customer Service Manager to attain customer service excellence and objective
• Liaise with Customer Service Manager and Team Leader to develop training solutions
• Emphasize Customer Service Team’s standard and guideline in the training programs
• Foster a sense of teamwork and continuous improvement in Customer Service Team
• Prepare periodic report and presentation for management purposes

Who You Are 

• Holder of Associate’s Degree or above
• At least 2 years of relevant training experience
• Experience in developing and implementing a learning & development program is an advantage
• Excellent training & coaching and communication skill
• High level of patience and observation skill to view matters in a holistic manner
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
