The Role

Hungry for impactful design and marketing campaign opportunities in a fast-growing environment?

We are looking for a creative lead, art-based, to join our Hong Kong marketing team. You will be responsible for formulating creative ideas with the team, creating and implementing design solutions that meet our brand guidelines and communicate our message to our target audience. You will work closely with our branding team, marketing team members, freelancers to brainstorm campaign ideas, create engaging visual content for a variety of marketing materials, including website graphics, social media posts, infographics, animations, swag and other brand & marketing collaterals.

What You Will Deliver

  • Collaborate with Hong Kong  marketing team provide creative campaign ideas to help grow our business
  • Work with marketing team to come up with campaign ideas to promote our value proposition across different marketing channels including in-app, social, ATL & BTL 
  • Design all required artwork for both offline and online channels, including social media and events/ roadshows
  • Collaborate with the regional creative team and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines 
  • Able to work independently with stakeholders to manage the end to end creative process from concept to implementation
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Present effectively to both regional and local stakeholders to pitch your creative concept/ design. 
  • Able to liaise and coordinate with vendors on production. 
     

Who You Are

  • At least 4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising and Visual Communications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
  • A creative and passionate individual that enjoys taking on business challenges through creative ideas.
  • Well-honed skills in art direction and design, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Figma basic proficiency is a plus
  • Strategic and thoughtful in the approach to design and branding – someone who is comfortable questioning the brief
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to navigate a fast paced environment. 
  • Experience in video and animation design is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese language – this is to ensure effective communication with members of the regional team
