We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Senior Executive to drive our marketing initiatives and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign execution across platforms like Google and Facebook advertising.

What You Will Deliver

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Track and execute digital marketing activities across channels such as SEM, SEO, social, mobile, display, video, retargeting, content marketing, and email/ messenger marketing
• Support various marketing initiatives and hands-on management of Google and Facebook advertising, lifecycle campaigns, market research, blog and email marketing 
• Coordinate with teams to improve the marketing funnel from market research, lead generation, acquisition, activation, conversion to retention

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Run growth campaigns across countries for different customer segments, through country insights, effective creatives and communications, data analyses, A/B testing, marketing automation, etc.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to improve website traffic and update content.
• Support business analytics and reporting for marketing campaigns and business activities based on our online performance and operational data.
• Stay up-to-date with the digital marketing trends and implement best practices to optimize our marketing ROI

Who You Are

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 - 6 years’ working experience in digital or performance marketing
• Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data to inform strategic decisions
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, WordPress, Braze, and BigQuery
• Great attention to detail and keen business acumen
• Agile, independent and results driven
• Good command of English and Cantonese in both written and spoken
• Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Python, and HTML5 is a plus
• Immediately available would be a plus
