Marketing Manager (Asia Pacific)
University degree in Marketing/ Public Relations/ Communications/ Advertising/ Brand Management
At least 7+ years' relevant experiences in brand management or the above related disciplines
Defining strategically on long term brand direction, and marketing frameworks, plans and programs for local offices
Develop brand and product positioning, messaging that differentiaties
Working with product, design sales and other internal or external teams to promote our launch of our products or campaigns; And manage cross-functional implementation of the plan
Work with sales and corporate teams to grow new leads, develop sales tools that support the selling process. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand our customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
Work together with different teams to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through all channels
Communicate with different countries and audit the brand image
Organize and attend regular routines across disciplines. Ensure seamless flow of information between regional & local teams.
Manage and track brand marketing budgets and ensure effective budget use.
Work with Finance and Operations on resource forecasting and actualizing
Fluent in English and Chinese
Ability to communicate and interact across position levels, including executive leadership and senior management
Good organizational skill
A quick learner with a positive can do attitude
Strong listening, and relationship-building skills in a project-driven environment
Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
