Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Qualifying candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Managing and driving full recruitment process from sourcing to offer process
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and proactively share updates with stakeholders
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
  • Staying abreast of relevant news in the tech startup space
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting experience across multiple technical & product disciplines
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese

Desired qualifications:

  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates
  • Experience in sourcing for technical candidates through multiple channels
  • Experience of recruiting globally, as well as in APAC would be advantageous.
  • Experience in developing compensation packages and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
