Regional Marketing Manager


  • University degree in Marketing/ Public Relations/ Communications/ Advertising/ Brand Management
  • At least 7+ years' relevant experiences in brand management or the above related disciplines

Job description

  • Developing effective marketing frameworks and plans for all local offices
  • Defining strategically on medium and long term brand direction
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the products in different markets
  • Driving strong brand positioning and image in various markets, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, China, India
  • Develop marketing strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand in different markets
  • Working with product, design, and other teams to promote our products and brands in all channels, from inbound to outbound, from online to offline
  • Work with sales and corporate teams to grow new leads, develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products
  • Plan the launch of new products or campaigns and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Work together with different teams to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through all channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand our customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Communicate with different countries and audit the brand image
  • Organize and attend regular routines across disciplines. Ensure seamless flow of information between global, regional & local teams
  • Liase with and manage creative, design and other external agency partners, ensuring optimal resourcing
  • Manage analytics and reporting for brand health and marketing activities
  • Developing marketing tools and campaigns at a regional level to support local teams and ensure effective deployment within brand guidelines
  • Manage and track brand marketing budgets and ensure effective budget use
  • Work with Finance and Operations on resource forecasting and actualizing


  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good organizational skill
  • A quick learner with a positive can do attitude
  • Strong listening, and relationship-building skills in a project-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate and interact across position levels, including executive leadership and senior management

  • Pleasant and able to work independently and effectively
