Sr./ Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer service and meet service goal
  • Answering telephone hotline in professional manner in order to respond users’ requirements
  • Handle customer service inquiries, reservations and complaints
  • Work with internal departments to seek possible solution for customers
  • Ensure a smooth running of the process with customers
  • Organize and manage daily operations of the centre


Requirements:

  • Form five or above, relevant working experience is preferred
  • Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Chinese and English typing
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software and contain some basic computer knowledge
  • Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible, enable to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment
  • Able to work in flexible hours if necessary

資歷:

  • 中五程度、具備相關工作經驗優先
  • 良好粵語、一般普通話及英語
  • 懂中、英文輸入法
  • 懂使用MS OFFICE電腦軟件及具基本電腦知識
  • 勤奮細心、主動盡責、能在工作壓力及節奏快速的環境下工作
  • 需輪班工作
