Assistant / Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

  • Handle new applications - Create customer account, account verification
  • Maintain a record on customer’s interaction
  • Provide sales team with administrative support
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Willing to take ad-hoc projects (Promotions/ Campaigns)
  • Cross-departmental collaboration is needed

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year experience on customer service
  • Good work attitude and telephone manner
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Attentive to details
  • Excellence in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • PC literate
  • Shift work on Saturday
